Organic vines
Our organic conversion began in 2003.
Today, our vines are more beautiful than ever.
fresh, lumpy and smells delicious.
In 2020, a diagnosis of our ecosystem by the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (LPO) of our ecosystem showed that we were living in a preserved environment.
A reassuring which can only encourage us to take care of it. Numerous nesting boxes have been installed throughout the vineyard and a and a campaign to plant hedges and trees has been planned.
In 2023, we welcomed sheep for the first time for winter maintenance of the vineyard. We repeated this trial in 2024 and we plan to extend it to a three-year rotation on all our plots.
A soil
The notion of terroir is essential to my vision of wine. It is the very foundation of Burgundy.
For the vines to be able to express it, the soil must be alive, every root and rootlet must be able to explore it and bring out all its subtleties in the grapes.
I strive to create an environment that is conducive to this quest for subtle balance.

One team
Every day, a trained, committed and very willing team works passionately to provide the necessary care throughout the vine cycle, from pruning to harvesting.
Come rain or shine, in those moments of grace when nature awakens, at dawn, at sunset, when the softness of the light invites silence, when the fragrance of vine flowers fills our lungs; at every moment, the gesture is there, precise and benevolent.
