Organic vines
Our organic conversion began in 2003.
Today, our vines are more beautiful than ever.
The soil is fresh, crumbly and smells wonderful.
In 2020, a biodiversity assessment of our vineyards by the Bird Protection League (LPO) confirmed that we are operating in a well-preserved environment. This reassuring report has only strengthened our commitment to protecting it. Numerous birdhouses have been installed throughout the vineyard, and we’ve planned a campaign to plant hedges and trees.
In 2023, we introduced sheep for the first time to help maintain the vineyard during the winter. After continuing the trial in 2024, we now plan to extend it with a three-year rotation on all our plots.

Terroir
The concept of terroir is central to my vision of wine. Forming the very foundation of Burgundy.
For the vines to truly express it, the soil must be teeming with life, allowing, every root and rootlet to explore its depths and capture its nuances in the grapes.
My goal is to cultivate an environment that nurtures this delicate balance.

The team
A well-trained, dedicated, and passionate team works daily with care and precision throughout every phase of the vine cycle, from pruning to harvesting.
Whether in the rain, under the scorching sun, during the graceful moments when nature awakens, at dawn or sunset, when the soft light invites quiet reflection and the scent of vine blossoms fills the air—at every step, their actions are precise and full of care.
